Unlike any other restaurant or bar in Colorado, TAG’s cocktail program mimics the fresh, seasonal approach of Chef/Owner Troy Guard. Our team of talented cocktail artists draw upon the rich history of the American cocktail while adding the flair for innovation that guests have come to expect from the TAG experience. While our cocktail menu changes seasonally, the TAG bar is always stocked with exceptional spirits, high-quality ingredients, and our cocktail artists have become well-known for their improvisational, on-the-fly approach to cocktail creation.

KNOWING JUST A FEW TERMS CAN LEAD YOU INTO THE WORLD OF SAKÉ WITH EASE. RICE POLISHING IS ONE OF THE MOST ESSENTIAL DIFFERENCES IN SAKÉ STYLES. THE HIGHER THE MILLING  PERCENTAGE, THE MORE REFINED AND COMPLEX  THE PRODUCT. 
JUNMAI LITERALLY MEANS “PURE RICE” AND IS MADE WITH RICE THAT HAS BEEN MILLED TO 70% OR LESS OF ITS ORIGINAL SIZE. JUNMAI GINJO MEANS THE RICE HAS BEEN MILLED TO 60% OR LESS, AND JUNMAI DAGINJO IS MADE WITH RICE THAT HAS BEEN MILLED TO 50% OR LESS.
